Cisco Systems releases Cisco Enterprise Accounting (CEA) 1.0 to support accounting, billing, and reporting for ISDN applications. CEA 1.0 captures, filters, and stores ISDN usage data generated by Cisco network devices running Cisco IOS 11.0.(7) or later using a UNIX-based SNMP poller developed for Cisco Systems by Core Competence, Inc.. This poller provides the foundation for a rich set of ISDN call and usage monitoring applications. CEA 1.0 also includes Windows 95/Windows NT-based Directory, Cost Allocation, and Reporting applications developed for Cisco Systems by Telco Research, Inc..
